Gear-Driven Polishers are less powerful than rotary polishers, but are more powerful than Standard Dual Action Polishers. They can be used to remove light scratches and swirl marks from the car's paint without damaging it. Gear-Driven polishers are great for being able to operate on a vehicle surface while putting as much pressure as needed on the polisher without the worry of stopping the orbital motion of the polisher head due to the gear driven design.
