Please have your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return available when contacting Customer Service.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by an SNS Auto Supply Customer Service representative prior to shipment.

Returns received without a valid RMA number, or returns shipped to any address other than the one listed below, may be refused, returned to sender at the customer's expense, or processed with additional fees at SNS Auto Supply's sole discretion.

The issuance of an RMA number does not constitute approval of the return or guarantee a refund. All returns remain subject to inspection upon receipt.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all items must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Be new, unused, and unopened
  2. Be in original, undamaged manufacturer packaging with all seals, labels, tags, and documentation intact
  3. Be accompanied by proof of purchase from SNS Auto Supply
  4. Be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of receipt
  5. Be authorized under a valid RMA number issued by SNS Auto Supply

SNS Auto Supply reserves the sole right to determine whether a returned item meets these eligibility requirements.

Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Any chemical product that has been opened, used, diluted, or had any seal, tape, or tamper-evident closure broken or removed
  • Equipment or tools not returned in their original packaging
  • Kits, bundles, or multi-component products with any missing, damaged, or substituted components
  • Products returned outside the 30-day return window, except where covered by an active manufacturer warranty
  • Special-order, custom, or non-stock items
  • Products purchased from the Deals Market section, clearance items, closeouts, and any item designated as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Items damaged through misuse, abuse, improper storage, improper application, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions
  • Products shipped via freight forwarding services or to an address outside the United States

By purchasing from the Deals Market or any item designated as final sale, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all such sales are final and no refund, credit, exchange, or return will be issued.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee calculated on the original product price, deducted from the refund amount.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an SNS Auto Supply fulfillment error or a confirmed defect. SNS Auto Supply recommends shipping returns via a trackable, insured method. SNS Auto Supply is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Customer-refused, undeliverable, or returned-to-sender packages will be refunded at the customer's written request, less:

  • Original outbound shipping charges (whether or not paid by the customer at checkout, including freight covered under the free shipping promotion)
  • Return freight charges
  • The 15% restocking fee
  • Any carrier address correction, redelivery, or storage fees incurred

Return Shipping Address

Once an RMA is approved, returns must be shipped to:

The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Returns received without a visible RMA number may be refused or delayed.

Refund Processing

Once a returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Restocking fees, return shipping (if applicable), and original shipping charges are deducted from the refund
  • Inspection and processing typically take 2-5 business days from the date the return is received
  • Bank or credit card posting times vary and are outside SNS Auto Supply's control, typically an additional 3-10 business days

If a return is determined to be ineligible upon inspection, the customer will be notified and given the option to have the product shipped back at their expense within fourteen (14) days. Items not claimed within fourteen (14) days of notification may be disposed of or restocked without further obligation or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Frozen Products

Customers must notify SNS Auto Supply within 24 hours of delivery if a product arrives damaged, defective, frozen, incorrect, or missing from the shipment.

Notification must be submitted by email to customer.service@snsautosupply.com and must include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the shipping packaging (interior and exterior)
  • Clear photographs of the shipping label

Claims submitted without the required documentation, or submitted more than 24 hours after delivery, may be denied at SNS Auto Supply's sole discretion. Resolution (refund, replacement, or exchange) will be determined based on the nature of the issue, product condition, available inventory, and customer needs.

Products shipped via third-party freight forwarders, mail consolidators, or any party other than the original carrier contracted by SNS Auto Supply are not eligible for damage, defect, or warranty claims.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by SNS Auto Supply carry manufacturer warranties that extend beyond the 30-day return window. Warranty claims, terms, and remedies are governed solely by the applicable manufacturer. SNS Auto Supply will assist in facilitating warranty claims when possible but is not a party to, and makes no representations or guarantees regarding, any manufacturer warranty.

Pickup Order Returns

All web orders marked for local pickup must be picked up or canceled within seven (7) calendar days of order confirmation.

Orders not picked up within seven (7) days may be returned to inventory and refunded with a 15% restocking fee deducted.

Customers must contact Customer Service within fourteen (14) calendar days of the missed pickup date to request a refund. Orders not claimed within this period are forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.

Training Classes: Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

SNS Auto Supply training classes are limited in size to ensure a quality, hands on learning experience. By registering for a training class, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.

Seat Reservation and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve a seat
  • Seats are not held, reserved, or guaranteed without payment in full
  • A non-refundable deposit equal to 15% of the total class cost is retained on every booking and is forfeited upon any cancellation, regardless of timing or reason

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email or text message to Customer Service.

  • More than fourteen (14) calendar days before the class date: Rescheduling is permitted at no additional charge, subject to availability. Payment value is retained and applied to the rescheduled date.
  • Within fourteen (14) calendar days of the class date: Rescheduling requests are treated as cancellations and governed by the cancellation tiers below.

Each booking is permitted one (1) reschedule. Subsequent reschedule requests are treated as cancellations.

Training Cancellation Tiers

All timeframes are calculated in calendar days prior to the scheduled class start date and time.

Cancellations more than 14 days before the class:

  • Eligible for a refund of the total class cost, less the 15% non-refundable deposit
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Cancellations 7 to 13 days before the class:

  • No cash refunds will be issued
  • Full payment is converted to a non-refundable, non-transferable account credit equal to the total class cost
  • Credits are valid only toward future SNS Auto Supply training classes
  • Credits expire twelve (12) months from the original class date and have no cash value

Cancellations 0 to 6 days before the class:

  • No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances
  • This includes no-shows, late arrivals, partial attendance, same-day cancellations, and cancellations due to illness, weather, travel issues, or any other cause
  • The reserved seat represents non-recoverable cost to SNS Auto Supply and a lost opportunity for other customers

Class Changes by SNS Auto Supply

SNS Auto Supply reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, relocate, or cancel any training class for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, facility issues, weather, or events outside our control. In the event SNS Auto Supply cancels a class:

  • Registered customers will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to a future class of equal value
  • SNS Auto Supply is not responsible for any travel, lodging, lost wages, or other incidental or consequential expenses incurred by the customer

Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers agree to contact SNS Auto Supply Customer Service to resolve any order issues before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with their bank or credit card provider.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with SNS Auto Supply may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of the customer's account
  • Refusal of future orders
  • Recovery of disputed amounts, return shipping, restocking fees, and reasonable attorney's fees and collection costs

Chargebacks determined to be fraudulent or made in bad faith will be vigorously contested.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SNS Auto Supply's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to any product, order, training class, or this policy is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

In no event will SNS Auto Supply be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business, loss of data, damage to vehicles or property, or personal injury arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product, regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Force Majeure

SNS Auto Supply is not liable for any failure or delay in performance, including order fulfillment, shipping, refund processing, or training class delivery, caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemics, public health emergencies, carrier strikes or service disruptions, supply chain interruptions, vendor failures, utility outages, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions or restrictions.

Policy Changes

SNS Auto Supply reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time an order is placed or a training class is booked governs that transaction. The current version of this policy is available at snsautosupply.com.

Agreement and Governing Law

By completing a purchase or booking a training class with SNS Auto Supply, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this policy. This policy constitutes a binding agreement between the customer and SNS Auto Supply.

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The customer agrees that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to this policy, any order, or any training class shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cass County, North Dakota, and the customer consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Discretion and Exceptions

SNS Auto Supply reserves the right to review and handle individual cases at its sole discretion. Any exception, waiver, or modification of this policy must be approved in writing by authorized ownership or management of SNS Auto Supply. Verbal statements, representations, or agreements by employees, contractors, or sales representatives do not modify this policy and are not binding on SNS Auto Supply.
