TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a SNS Auto Supply product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, SNS Auto Supply reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SNS Auto Supply reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SNS Auto Supply shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

TERM; TERMINATION

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by SNS Auto Supply without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

SNS Auto Supply may deliver notice to you by means of email, a general notice on the site, or by another reliable method to the address you have provided to SNS Auto Supply.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via email, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, SNS Auto Supply is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SNS Auto Supply, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, SNS Auto Supply may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with SNS Auto Supply, SNS Auto Supply has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of SNS Auto Supply. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, SNS Auto Supply seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

TAX-EXEMPT ORDERS

We do not accept tax exempt orders through our retail website. SNS Auto Supply only allows non-taxable sales to be made through company accounts operated by customers in our Business Program.

DISCOUNTS, PROMOTIONS, & SPECIAL PRICING

General

SNS Auto Supply LLC ("SNS Auto Supply," "we," "us," or "our") may from time to time offer discounts, promotional codes, sale pricing, and special account-based pricing through our online store at snsautosupply.com. All discounts and promotions are offered at our sole discretion and are subject to these Terms of Service and to any additional terms published with the individual offer. Where an offer's specific terms conflict with this section, the specific terms of that offer control.

All discounts apply to product pricing only and do not apply to sales tax, shipping and handling charges, surcharges, or third-party fees unless expressly stated. Discounts are calculated on the pre-tax merchandise subtotal after any prior reductions have been applied.

One Discount Per Order

Only one discount, promotional code, or special price may be applied per order. Discounts, promotional codes, coupons, sale prices, military pricing, and business or wholesale pricing may not be combined or stacked with one another, except free shipping on orders over $75. If a customer is eligible for more than one offer, the customer must select which offer to apply at checkout. SNS Auto Supply is not obligated to identify, apply, or honor the most favorable available offer, and is not obligated to adjust an order after the fact because a different offer would have produced a lower price.

Promotional Codes and Sitewide Sales

Promotional codes, coupon codes, and limited-time sale events are offered at our discretion and are valid only for the period, products, and conditions stated in the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes:

Are valid for a single use per customer and per account
Are non-transferable and may not be sold, auctioned, or redistributed
Have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or store credit
May carry minimum purchase requirements, product or category exclusions, or quantity limits
Expire on the stated expiration date and are not honored after expiration
May not be applied retroactively to orders already placed

Sitewide and category sale pricing is effective only during the stated promotional period. Prices before and after the promotional period are not guaranteed, and SNS Auto Supply does not provide price adjustments on orders placed outside the promotional window.

Military Discount (Verified through GovX ID)

SNS Auto Supply is proud to offer a 10% military discount on select items to active duty service members, reservists, National Guard members, retirees, and veterans of the United States Armed Forces. Eligibility is verified through GovX ID, our third-party verification partner. To redeem, select the military discount option at checkout and complete the GovX ID verification process; once verified, a single-use discount code will be issued and applied to your order. Verification is handled entirely by GovX and is subject to the GovX ID terms of service and privacy policy. SNS Auto Supply does not collect, store, or review military service documentation.

The military discount applies only to eligible items as designated by SNS Auto Supply and does not apply to taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, clearance or closeout items, or products excluded by the manufacturer. Discount codes issued through GovX ID are single-use, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, coupons, or business, wholesale, or dealer pricing. The discount cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases. SNS Auto Supply reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue this program, change the discount amount, or change the list of eligible items at any time and without prior notice.

Business Account Pricing

SNS Auto Supply offers account-based pricing to qualified businesses, repair shops, fleets, resellers, and other commercial customers. Participation requires application, approval, and maintenance of an account in good standing, and may require documentation such as a business license, resale or tax exemption certificate, or trade references. Approval is at our sole discretion.

Business pricing is confidential, and extended solely to the approved account holder. Such pricing may not be shared, published, or used to purchase on behalf of an unapproved third party, and may not be combined with certain promotional codes, sale pricing, or the military discount. Pricing tiers, eligibility criteria, and minimum purchase requirements may change at any time. SNS Auto Supply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate a business account, and any pricing associated with it, at any time, including for account inactivity, payment delinquency, breach of these Terms of Service, or misuse of account pricing.

Eligibility and Verification

Discounts and special pricing are extended only to the individual or entity that qualifies for them and are void if transferred. SNS Auto Supply may require verification of eligibility at any time, including before an order is released for fulfillment. Orders may be held pending verification, and SNS Auto Supply is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from a verification hold. Dropshipped items are NOT eligible for discounts.

Errors, Misuse, and Cancellation

SNS Auto Supply reserves the right to cancel any order, revoke any discount, void any discount code, and close any account where a discount or promotion has been obtained or applied through an error, coding bug, misrepresentation, fraudulent verification, unauthorized code distribution, automated or bulk redemption, account duplication, or any other misuse. Where a discount has been applied in error, we may cancel the order and refund the customer, or contact the customer for payment of the corrected amount before fulfillment.

Pricing, promotional, and typographical errors are not binding on SNS Auto Supply. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to cancel or refuse any order placed based on an incorrect price or promotion, even after the order has been confirmed.

Returns and Refunds on Discounted Orders

Refunds on discounted orders are issued in the amount actually paid by the customer, not the undiscounted list price. If a partial return causes an order to fall below the minimum purchase threshold required for a discount, the value of the discount may be deducted from the refund. Discount codes consumed on a returned or canceled order are not reissued unless required by applicable law or approved by SNS Auto Supply at our discretion.

Changes to This Section

SNS Auto Supply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any discount, promotion, or special pricing program at any time and without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting to snsautosupply.com and do not affect orders already accepted and fulfilled. Nothing in this section limits any rights the customer may have under applicable consumer protection law.

BUSINESS ACCOUNT MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILTY

No purchase is necessary to enroll for membership in the Business Program.
An individual/business may apply to enroll in the Business Program by fully and accurately providing the applicable information on the Business Content Form on our website. You may not create multiple accounts. An email address is required for membership and in order to access your account. Information provided by a Member will be maintained in a personal preference profile within their Account.
SNS Auto Supply may deny enrollment in the Business Program to any applicant in its sole discretion and without written notice.
A valid commercial (non-residential) shipping address is required for enrollment in and continued participation in the Business Program. SNS Auto Supply may verify how any address provided is classified by common carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
SNS Auto Supply may deny or revoke enrollment, in its sole discretion and without written notice, for any applicant or Member whose shipping address is classified as residential by such carriers. Business documentation, including an EIN, business registration, or online business listing, does not override a carrier's residential classification of the physical shipping address, regardless of the business activity conducted at that location.
By opening an Account and by using the Account you were assigned to receive and redeem benefits of the Business Program, including, without limitation, Discounts and Rewards, you agree that:
- You have read and accept these Program Rules; and you have read and accept the SNS Auto Supply Website Terms and Conditions which are incorporated herein by reference;
- You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by SNS Auto Supply and authorized third-party agents and licensees, in accordance with the SNS Auto Supply Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein by reference.
- You are solely responsible for reading the Business Program Rules, the SNS Auto Supply website or other communications, and your account statements to understand your rights, responsibilities, and status in the Wholesale Program, as well as the structure for accessing discounts.
- You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Wholesale Program or engaged in any activity that could result in suspension or removal from the Wholesale Program.

THE BUSINESS PROGRAM

The Business Program is set to offer wholesale pricing to professional detailers and businesses alike. To become a Business Account member ensure you cover the eligibility listed above as well ;

Have an official business name and EIN #
Have a business address (non-residential as classified by USPS, UPS, and Fedex)
Have the Appropriate Tax Exempt Number, ONLY if Applicable
Fill Out the Online Form and be contacted by the local sales rep for your area.

Once signed up for account the Business member agrees to the following conditions

New Accounts are subject to card terms until they have contacted and discussed receiving Net 30 Terms. The wholesale customer may car to their account and then pay the statement amount at the end of the 30 days.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: Any past due accounts and invoices or statements not paid within the 30-day timeframe will be considered past due and be subject to a late payment fee, as well as, be put onto credit card terms, meaning the wholesale member will have to pay in full at the time of order placement.

LATE PAYMENT FEE = 1.75% FROM TOTAL DOLLAR AMOUNT DUE ON STATEMENT
Payments not made within a 90-Day window, unless negotiated in writing with an SNS sales representative, are subject to collections.

SNS Auto Supply Reserves the right to handle each member account on an individual basis.

GENERAL TERMS

Member is solely responsible for maintaining accurate and updated Account information online.
If a Business Member requests termination or deletion of the Member's Account, the Member will lose any accrued discounts or deals associated with the account.
Your rights and benefits under this Business Program, including your accrued Discounts and Deals, are not assignable, saleable, or redeemable for cash, other than as stated herein.
SNS Auto Supply is not responsible for pricing discrepancies caused because of a member's failure to provide accurate member information or log in to their account.
Individuals or businesses are only required to enroll once in the Business Program. No subsequent Member registration is required.
Members can access their account details or learn more about The Business Program through the SNS Auto Supply online store.
Members are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, where applicable.
BACKORDERS: Any backorder placed through the website is subject to an additional shipping fee if it does not meet the required shipping regulations. Backorders are also subject to price changes prior to shipping, the customer on the account will be notified of price changes on previously paid for backorders.
All deals and discounts are subject to exclusions from certain items that fall under MSRP pricing.
Special pricing for Business customers may prevent additional discounts from being applied. [will not be reflected online, will be reflected on invoice].

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

SNS Auto Supply may cancel or terminate the Business Program at any time in its sole discretion without notice to you.
Upon cancellation or termination of the Business Program, Member forfeits any Discounts and Deals.
SNS Auto Supply reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or your participation in the Business Program at any time without notice to you; if SNS Auto Supply determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Business Program Rules or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
SNS Auto Supply may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine Accounts that appear to be duplicative.
Repeated return of merchandise as part of this Business Program shall result in termination of Member's Account if in SNS Auto Supply’ sole opinion the behavior is determined to be fraudulent or otherwise violates these Program Rules.

CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS

SNS Auto Supply reserves the right to change or modify this Business Program at any time in its sole discretion.
Any changes or modifications to this Business Program will be effective immediately and may be posted to Business Program so please check back from time to time. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, and your continued access to or participation in Business Program following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree to these Program Rules, you must stop accessing and participating in the Wholesale Program.
