Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT are processed the following business day. Holidays and weekends excluded.

Standard ground orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. Freight and pallet shipments typically arrive within 1-7 business days. Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery times are subject to carrier schedules.

During freezing Midwest temperatures (October through April), shipments may be delayed 24-48 hours to protect liquid products from freeze damage.

Shipping Costs

Orders under $75.00: Customer is responsible for all freight, shipping, and handling fees.

Orders $75.00 and over: Free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout. SNS Auto Supply selects the carrier and service level for all free shipping orders.

EXCEPTION(S): (Only on Orders over $75) The customer wants a specific provider. In this case the customer selects a specific provider at checkout and then assumes the payment for shipping with a specific provider.

Exclusions to Free Shipping

Free shipping does not apply to the following, which are handled on an individual basis:

  • Pallet shipments (55-gallon drums, bulk aerosol cases, etc.) to high-cost areas including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and remote ZIP codes as determined by our freight carrier
  • Hazmat and ORM-D restricted items, which may require ground-only shipping and incur additional carrier fees
  • Residential freight delivery, lift gate service, and Saturday delivery, which may carry carrier surcharges
  • Address correction fees charged by carriers (typically $15-25) will be passed to the customer if an incorrect address is provided at checkout
  • Orders requiring signature confirmation on high-value shipments

Local Delivery (West Fargo)

Customers within West Fargo, ND city limits may qualify for local SNS delivery:

  • Orders $25.00 and over: Free local delivery
  • Orders under $25.00: $10.00 delivery fee

In-Store Pickup

Backorders

Customers can check stock status directly on each product page. Items marked "In Stock" are available to ship. Items marked "Re-Stocking Soon" are currently out of stock and will be placed on backorder.

Out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and ship once received from our vendor. Customers will be notified by Customer Support or via the shipping invoice. Backorder fulfillment typically takes an additional 1-4 weeks depending on vendor inventory. Backorders are subject to price changes without notice, which may be passed to the customer prior to fulfillment.

Backordered items that do not independently meet the $75.00 free shipping minimum will only ship when either added to a future qualifying order or when the customer pays separate shipping for the backordered item.

Damaged, Frozen, or Incorrect Product

Customers must notify SNS Auto Supply within 24 hours of delivery by emailing customerservice@snsautosupply.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue (damaged, frozen, or wrong item received)
  • Photos of the product received
  • Photos of the shipping packaging (interior and exterior)

This applies to product that arrives damaged, frozen, or different from what was ordered (wrong item, wrong quantity, or missing items from the shipment).

Claims submitted without photos or after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund. Each claim is handled on an individual basis. For returns of undamaged product or other issues, see our Return Policy.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, contact Customer Support immediately. We may require a signed affidavit to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a carrier is unable to deliver a package or the package is refused at delivery, the customer is responsible for return freight charges and any applicable restocking fees. See our Return Policy for full details.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Cancellations and changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact Customer Support immediately and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Please double-check all order information before submitting.

Promotional Codes and Free Shipping

The $75.00 free shipping threshold is based on the order subtotal before any discount codes are applied. Discount codes that reduce the order subtotal below $75.00 do not disqualify the order from free shipping, provided the pre-discount subtotal meets the minimum.

Free shipping cannot be combined with other shipping promotions or expedited shipping upgrades.

SNS Auto Supply reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

Force Majeure

SNS Auto Supply is not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes or service disruptions, supply chain interruptions, pandemics, or government actions.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin, West Fargo, ND). Once a package is in the carrier's possession, the customer is the owner of record for purposes of carrier claims, though SNS will assist in filing claims on the customer's behalf when applicable.
