Directions:
1. Ensure the application area's temperature and humidity are between +5°C and +30°C (41°F and 86°F) and 50% relative humidity for optimal product performance. Avoid higher temperatures or humidity levels, as they can cause the product to cure faster than expected. Do not apply in direct sunlight and only work on cool surfaces.
2. Thoroughly clean your vehicle. Use a clay bar if necessary for removing embedded surface contaminants.
3. Depending on your marine vehicle's surface condition, use appropriate polishing or compounding tools and silicone/wax-free compounds to remove imperfections and prepare the surface for the nano coating.
4. After polishing use a surface prep to clean the marine vehicle of any residue or oils.
5. Ā Pour the necessary amount of product onto the suede cloth. Spread theĀ product gently over the surface in a cross-hatching motion.
6. OnceĀ beading occurs gently wipe the excess product off from theĀ surface using the light gray Nasiol microfiber cloth in linearĀ motions. To make the most of microfiber cloths, fold eachĀ one four times before.
7. After wiping the surface with the lightĀ gray microfiber cloth, complete the final buffing process byĀ gently using the dark gray Nasiol microfiber cloth in circularĀ motions.
8. Keep the coated surfaces away from direct sunlight, theĀ elements, various types of contamination, and water exposure for 24 hours. Please wait 48 hours for the nanoĀ coating to cure and become resistant to abrasion andĀ chemicals, before any detergent-based washing.
NOTE: If the product begins to cure on the surface before wiping, it may be necessary to remove it by polishing or sanding and then reapply correctly.
