Wax Infused Car Wash Soap

Stinger Chemical Ultimate Wash-N-Wax is a thick, high-foaming cherry-scented soap that leaves a wax-like sealant layer behind after the rinse. The foam itself is stable and long-lasting, so it clings to vertical panels long enough to soften road grime and bug residue before any mitt touches the paint. What separates it from a standard soap is what happens after you shut the water off.

That sealant layer changes how water behaves on the panel. Instead of beading up and sitting there to evaporate into mineral rings, it sheets off and carries most of itself to the ground. That matters most on the vehicles you physically cannot hand-dry: RVs, box trucks, trailers, buses, and fleet equipment where walking a towel over every surface is not realistic. It is safe across all painted surfaces. Set your ratio with the dilution calculator, and see the rest of the soaps and presoaks for jobs that need a bare finish instead.

What Makes it Great:

💧 Sheets Instead of Beads: The sealant layer breaks water tension so it runs off in sheets rather than sitting in droplets that dry into spots. On a vehicle you cannot towel down, that is the whole ballgame.

🌊 Stable, Long-Dwelling Foam: Thick enough to hold to vertical panels and stay there, which is what gives the soap time to lift grime instead of sliding off in the first ten seconds.

🧼 Leaves Protection Behind: Adds a sacrificial wax-like layer with every wash, so a maintenance wash is also a light protection step rather than only a cleaning one.

🍒 Cherry Scented: A pleasant bay to work in, which counts for something when you are washing units all day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I run a wax-infused soap through a foam cannon?

Yes, and it foams well. The thing to know is that wax agents leave deposits in the cannon's mesh filter over time, and a partially blocked filter is the usual reason someone's foam output gets weak. Flush the cannon with clean water after each use and pull the filter periodically to check it. That one habit removes the entire problem, and it applies to any wax or sealant-carrying soap, not just this one.

How does a wax soap actually reduce water spots?

Water spots are mineral deposits, not water. When a droplet sits on a panel and evaporates, whatever was dissolved in it stays behind as a ring. The sealant layer this soap deposits lowers surface tension so water sheets off rather than holding as droplets, which means far less water stays on the panel to evaporate in place. It reduces spotting substantially. It does not eliminate it, and on genuinely hard water you will still want to rinse thoughtfully and keep panels out of direct sun.

Can I use this as a prep wash before a coating, PPF, or wrap?

No, and this is the one mistake worth avoiding. A prep wash needs to leave the paint completely bare so the coating, film adhesive, or wrap can bond directly to the clear coat. This soap deliberately deposits a layer, which is exactly what a prep wash is supposed to strip. For that work use a pH-neutral soap with nothing in it, like Lemonlicious, then follow your normal decontamination steps.

Does this replace waxing the vehicle?

No. What a wash-and-wax soap deposits is thin and sacrificial, measured in a handful of washes rather than months. Think of it as maintaining gloss and water behavior between real applications, not as a substitute for a dedicated wax or sealant. On a fleet that gets washed weekly and waxed rarely, that light top-up every wash is genuinely worth having. On a vehicle you actively detail, it supplements the protection already there.

How is this different from regular Wash-N-Wax?

This is the heavier-duty version. Ultimate carries more sealant character, which is why it is aimed at the sheeting and water-spot problem specifically and at the large vehicles where drying by hand is not an option. Standard Wash-N-Wax is the everyday wash-and-wax for cars you will be drying anyway. If you are washing something you cannot towel down, this is the one.

SDS LABEL: If you purchase the SDS Bottle label you need to know that the labels are sold individually for aesthetic bottle labeling in your shop and are also approved by OSHA for professional shop use. They fit most standard 32 ounce bottles and can be ordered here right on the product page.
