The RUPES IBRID Nano backing plate in 2 inch (part 996.001) is the 50 mm hook-and-loop polishing plate made for RUPES's HR81M and HR81ML mini polishers. It is part of the HR81ML complete kit, paired with 2" wool and foam pads measured at 50/70 mm. It mounts the same way as the Nano's 30 mm plates: place it in whichever functional unit you are running and screw that unit onto the shaft, staying under RUPES's 2 Nm limit. The bigger face covers a scuffed bumper corner, a pillar, a headlight lens, or a fuel door in fewer passes than the 1.25-inch plate.
