Light Abrasive Polishing Compound
Stinger Chemical launched Fine Polish at SEMA 2024. This chemical compound is an ultra-fine abrasive polish that stands as a compatible solution to all tool types, including Rotary, Random Orbital, or Gear-Driven Orbital. Developed to achieve the highest levels of optical clarity and reflectivity.
This compound is able to bring out really high gloss in the final finishing of paint correction jobs as well as on soft black GM paints. This specially formulated product should become a staple or go-to choice for achieving a show car finish, even on dark colors or very soft paints prone to haze.
Features:
🔄 Universal Compatibility: 815 Fine Polish integrates with all polisher movements, ensuring versatility and flexibility in application.
🪞 Unmatched Finishing Quality: High finishing quality, even on the softest paint systems, delivering a flawless and high-gloss surface.
💎 Validated for All Paint Types: 815 Fine Polish is validated for use on all paint types, including single-stage, clearcoat, hard, soft, or "sticky" paints, making it a truly versatile polishing solution.
🔧 Versatile Applications: Change the pad to change the performance, allowing for versatile applications and customizable results based on specific detailing needs.
🛡️ No Intentional Fillers or Protection Properties: 815 Fine Polish leaves the finish ready for the application of a protective coating, ensuring clarity and purity in the final result.
Directions:
1. Wear safety glasses. SHAKE CONTAINER BEFORE USING. Make sure surface is cool and clean.
2. Compound using a dual action polisher at 4 Speed with a Foam Pad.
3. Apply 815 Fine Polish to the surface and spread over a 2' x 2' area with the compounding pad to minimize sling.
4. Start the buffer using light to medium pressure. As the product begins to dry reduce the pressure and polish to a high gloss shine.
5. With Orbital buffer, or by hand apply product evenly over painted surfaces with a moist polishing bonnet or applicator sponge and allow to dry to a haze.
6. Remove excess with a clean polishing cloth or microfiber towel, turning frequently.
