Directions [TRAINING VIDEO]:

1. Wear safety glasses and chemical resistant gloves when using this product. Ventilators recommended as well. Identify Rock Chip Damage. 
2. Create Access to the air. Clear out debris; glass, wax, etc.
3. Prepare the bridge for use on the surface; no threads showing, piston facing outward, and lower stabilizing legs. Take off seal, put 5-7 drops of resin in the bridge and replace seal. (Note: If you add more resin later it will be around 3 drops instead of 5-7)
4. Turn piston up until you can see resin toward top then quarter turn backward to keep resin on the tip of the piston.
5. Apply piston to glass and brace. Have piston directly over the impact point with the seal all around the impact point to seal in the air pocket (should touch glass).
6. After bridge is applied nice and tight to the glass pull your first vacuum cycle by holding the body of the bridge down, turning the piston all the way out, and then wait for 2 minutes and then engage the piston back down until the resin fills the surface.
7. UV cure for 1 minute on each side of the bridge.
8. Remove the bridge by wrapping a paper towel around the base of the injector and turn the body of the piston off of the glass, squeeze the side tabs and lift the bridge off.
9. Place Pit Fill above the break and roll curing tab over the break and hit with the UV lamp for 30 seconds to 1 minute. (Peel reusable tab off)
10. Shave off excess pit fill with razor blade and polish the glass with pit polish and cork. Buff off the glass and then clean the windshield.
