Will my spray head fit these bottles?

If it is a 28/400 thread, yes. That is the standard neck size for 32 oz bottles and it is what every head and cap we sell uses, including the trigger sprayers, the upside-down head, the jumbo chemical-resistant head, the acid-resistant head, and the wax flip cap. Check the thread spec on a head from anywhere else before assuming.

Can I put acid wheel cleaner in one of these?

The bottle is only half the question. What fails first with low pH chemistry is almost always the spray head, where the trigger mechanism, spring, and dip tube take the exposure. Pair any acid product with an acid-resistant head rather than a standard one. Also confirm the bottle material against the specific product's SDS, since chemical resistance varies by resin and by concentration.

Do I have to label bottles in my shop?

Generally yes. OSHA's Hazard Communication standard requires secondary containers holding hazardous chemicals to be labeled with the product identifier and hazard information. There is a narrow exception for a portable container filled and used entirely by one person within a single shift, but a bottle sitting on a shelf overnight or passed between techs does not qualify. How do I use the markings to dilute?

Work backward from the ratio. For a 10:1 dilution in a 32 oz bottle, you want roughly 3 oz of concentrate and the rest water. Add the concentrate first up to its mark, then fill with water to 32, which keeps the concentrate from foaming as the water
