Directions:
1. Ensure the application area's temperature and humidity are between +5°C and +30°C (41°F and 86°F) and 50% relative humidity for optimal product performance. Avoid higher temperatures or humidity levels, as they can cause the product to cure faster than expected. Do not apply in direct sunlight and only work on cool surfaces.
2. Thoroughly clean your vehicle. Use a clay bar if necessary for removing embedded surface contaminants.
3. Depending on your vehicle's surface condition, use appropriate polishing or compounding tools and silicone/wax-free compounds to remove imperfections and prepare the surface for the nano coating.
4. After polishing use a surface prep to clean the vehicle of any residue or oils.
5. Before starting the application, put on the protective nitrile gloves provided in the product package.
6. Attach a suede cloth to the sponge surface of the applicator block. Plan to change the suede cloth after every 3-4 panels to maintain effectiveness.
7. Gently shake the ZR53 bottle before use to ensure it is well-mixed. Open the bottle and apply 4-5mL of ZR53 onto the suede cloth. Keep the bottle closed when not in use to prevent contamination. Spread the product in a crisscross motion over the surface, ensuring even coverage.
8. After 30 seconds (or once beading occurs), use the light gray Nasiol microfiber cloth to gently wipe off any excess product in linear motions. Fold the cloth four times for optimal use and avoid reusing the same side of the cloth.
9. Use the dark gray Nasiol microfiber cloth in circular motions for the final buffing step, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
10. Keep the coated surfaces away from direct sunlight, elements, contaminants, and water for 24 hours. Allow 48 hours for the nano coating to fully cure and become resistant to abrasion and chemicals before washing the car with detergents.
NOTE: If the product begins to cure on the surface before wiping, it may be necessary to remove it by polishing or sanding and then reapply correctly.
