The Barjack 5" Dual Action Polisher is a 900W corded DA polisher designed for paint correction and finishing on all paint types including soft and sensitive finishes. The 15mm orbital throw sits between the aggressive coverage of a 21mm and the precision of a smaller mini polisher, giving it a balanced profile that handles swirl removal, scratch correction, and oxidation work without generating excessive heat or risking paint damage. Variable speed control runs from 1,700 to 5,200 RPM, covering compounding through final finishing in one machine.

The dual action motion rotates and orbits the pad simultaneously, distributing pressure and heat evenly across the surface. The 5" M8-threaded backing plate is compatible with the standard range of 5" DA cutting, polishing, and finishing pads. At 900W with a 9-foot 10-inch cord, it delivers consistent power output across extended correction sessions with enough cord reach to work a full vehicle without repositioning.
